The Maanos Customized Massage is a 100% personalized wellness massage.
With us, you choose the pressure, the areas to work on and the massage style you want.
For example, you have back and neck pain, you love scalp massage and you need drainage in your legs? No problem. Our massage therapists make available all their technical skills and anatomical knowledge to create the perfect massage for you.Â
Are your massages suitable for everyone (adults, seniors, pregnant women, children...)?
Maanos massages are 100% personalized. They therefore adapt to everyone's needs. According to your issues, whether you are a senior or younger, athletic or sedentary, a pregnant woman, a child, we will create the perfect massage for you.

Do you offer Duo massages?
Relaxation moments for 2 at Maanos? We answer with a Big Yes! đ
Our Duo massages are possible in specific cabins designed for this purpose. You are therefore massaged by two different massage therapists, at the same time, in the same room.
However, each person has their personalized massage, always 100% Customized!
Maanos duo massages are available in Luxembourg and France, respectively in the centers of Soleuvre, Limpertsberg, Marnach and Nantes â Saint Herblain.
How long does a massage last? Can I choose a custom duration?
At Maanos, the massage times offered are as follows:
- 30-minute massage
- 45-minute massage
- 60-minute massage
- 90-minute massage
Each massage can be done solo or as a duo.
How do I book my massage at one of your Maanos centers?
Maanos is present in Luxembourg đ±đș and France đ«đ·!
For both countries, bookings are made online on dedicated platforms.
To book your massage at the center of your choice, go to the Our Centers tab, select the Country then the desired Center. Then click on Book. You will arrive directly on the booking platform of the chosen center.
It is also possible to make an appointment by phone, especially for DUO massages:

How far in advance should I book my massage?
It all depends on your availability!
If you are available during the week, then you will find your appointment by booking 7 to 10 days in advance, sometimes less depending on your luck.
If you prefer end of day or Saturdays, it is better to book your massage about 2 to 3 weeks in advance to be sure to find the perfect slot. âșïž
I need to modify or cancel my appointment, how do I do it?
It is possible to modify or cancel your appointment directly via the booking platform you used: Salonkee in Luxembourg or Planity in France.
Otherwise, you can also contact us by phone.
We thank you for allowing at least 48 hours to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Of course, unexpected events sometimes happen and we understand this, in which case please call us so that the team is informed.
What should I bring for my massage?
You, just you and your desire to relax! đ„°
To come for a massage at Maanos, no need to think too much. The massage is done in underwear, so choose a comfortable one! There is no shower available on site.
Can I choose my massage therapist (man or woman)?
The Maanos team is mixed, almost always composed of men and women massage therapists to adapt to everyone's preferences. It is therefore possible to choose your preferred massage therapist when making your appointment on the booking platforms. We can also guide you by phone if in doubt.

What are the training and qualifications of Maanos massage therapists?
The Maanos team in France and Luxembourg comes from very different backgrounds. All have diverse and varied training, recognized in the respective countries, and significant experience in their profession. In addition to their personal backgrounds, upon joining the team, Maanos provides specific technical training. The goal is to standardize practices and pass on the Customized Massage expertise while preserving each person's own style!
At Maanos, no matter which therapist you choose, they will know how to adapt and respond precisely to your needs.
What are the payment methods?
At Maanos, in Luxembourg as in France, it is possible to pay for your massage in several ways. You can pay with a bank card or in cash. Checks are not accepted.
Gift vouchers and subscriptions are also considered as payment methods.
How do the 3 or 5 massage packs (or subscriptions) work?
Now this is THE Maanos good deal! đ€«
Maanos offers packages of 3 or 5 massages at advantageous rates. By purchasing a subscription at Maanos you benefit from a discount of 10% (3 massage pack) and 15% (5 massage pack).
These subscriptions are personal and can be used without time limit, according to the sales conditions of the country in question. At Maanos Luxembourg, they are valid in all centers. In France, it is valid in the center where you purchased it.

Do you offer massages at home or only in centers?
Maanos is a massage center concept.
We welcome our clients only in our cabins designed for this purpose. The objective being maximum customer satisfaction, we prefer to ensure the good conditions of your massage: an optimal installation, an environment conducive to relaxation and a place dedicated to well-being.

How to give a Maanos Massage Gift Voucher?
To give a massage to a loved one, you can purchase a Maanos gift voucher online. To do this, go to the gift vouchers tab on our website.
Our gift vouchers are fully customizable! You can upload your photo or choose from our suggestions and write a personalized message. Payment is made online on our platform and the voucher will be sent to you by email instantly. âșïž
It is also possible to purchase physical gift vouchers at our massage centers.
What amounts are available for gift vouchers?
In France and Luxembourg, at Maanos, everything is Customized, even gift vouchers! đ€©
You can give a gift voucher for a specific massage duration or an open-amount gift voucher.
Either way, the recipient can use the gift voucher as they wish, in one or several times, depending on the allocated budget.
What is the validity period of a Maanos gift voucher?
Maanos Luxembourg gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the purchase date indicated on the gift voucher.
Maanos France gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the purchase date indicated on the gift voucher.
How will I receive the gift voucher (by email, paper version, etc.)?
The Maanos gift voucher is sent by email instantly after your purchase, in pdf format.
How long does it take to receive a gift voucher after purchase?
The gift voucher is sent instantly by email following your purchase. If you don't see it in your main inbox, don't forget to check your spam folder.
Can I have the gift voucher sent directly to the recipient?
The gift voucher is sent by email to the buyer. You can then choose to print it or forward it by email to the recipient.
Do you offer packaging or a physical gift voucher?
In France or Luxembourg, you can come and purchase a gift voucher directly at the center! Choose your design from our selection and it will be provided with a beautiful black envelope.

Are gift vouchers refundable or exchangeable for cash?
Gift vouchers are neither exchangeable nor refundable for cash.

Is the gift voucher nominative? Can I give it to someone else?
If you cannot use your massage gift voucher, it is possible to give it to a loved one. Gift vouchers are not nominative.
The expiry date of my gift voucher has passed, what should I do?

If the expiry date of your Maanos gift voucher has passed, please contact customer service at contact@maanos.com.
I have an individual gift voucher but I want to come as a duo, is that possible?
You've been given a Maanos massage and you want to share this moment with a loved one? It's possible (and above all a great idea!)! đ
2 options :
- The second person also has a gift voucher: in this case, you just need to give your 2 gift vouchers to the massage therapists who will welcome you.
- The second person doesn't have a gift voucher: then you will simply be asked to complete the payment to pay for the 2nd massage.
I have a duo massage gift voucher but I want to use it alone, is that possible?
After all, better alone than in bad company! đ«¶đŒ
The Duo gift voucher can absolutely be used in several sessions by one person.
In this case, the massage therapists will take into account the gift voucher amount and deduct the price of the service performed. The remaining balance can be used during other appointments.
I would like to have a different massage than the one indicated on my gift voucher, is that possible?
Customized, we said Customized! đ
You can use your gift voucher as you wish! If the chosen massage doesn't suit you, we will use your gift voucher as an available amount to perform the massage of your choice.
If the amount of the chosen massage is higher than the available budget, a supplementary payment will be requested. If on the contrary, the amount is lower, you can keep the rest for another appointment! Nothing is wasted, we adapt to your wishes!
The massage I want is more expensive than the value of my gift voucher, what should I do?
No problem, only solutions! đ
If the amount of your massage is higher than the available budget on your gift voucher, you can complete your payment using our standard payment methods: credit card or cash.
I've lost my gift voucher, what should I do?
No choice left... Sherlock Holmes must spring into action! đ§
We assume yes, but just in case: have you asked the person who gave it to you? If the gift voucher was purchased online, the person who gave it to you received it by email. So they may have kept a record...
If you received a physical gift voucher in an envelope, it was purchased at one of our centers. In this case, send us an email with the following information:
- the buyer's name, first name and contact details (email / phone)
- the purchase date (as precise as possible)
- the center where the voucher was purchased
- the massage time offered or gift voucher amount
